Message dated June 25 and received June 29, stating the Governor                                    
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
          SENATE BILL NO. 285 "An Act relating to medical                                           
          assistance coverage for targeted case management                                          
          services and for rehabilitative services furnished or                                     
          paid for by a school district on behalf of certain
